No, he didn't attend Ianto's funeral. He'd attended enough funerals over the centuries to start feeling like a ghost, always the one left standing but never really included amongst the friends and family, standing at the edge of the crowd, grieving alone. After the whole thing with the 456, coming so soon after having lost Owen and Toshiko, he just couldn't do it again.
